Area 1 - Cutting Room
Automated, multi-layer cutting driven by CAD patterns and grading for accurate, repeatable sizing.

Take a tour of the real factory before you commit. Walk through the cutting, sewing, printing, QC, and packing areas of GenXport's apparel manufacturing facility, see the machinery and daily capacity, and confirm you are working with a true factory, not a middleman.
The single best way to know you are dealing with a real manufacturer is to see the floor.
Buyers searching for custom apparel factory capabilities want one thing before they place an order: proof the factory is real. This page is a tour of GenXport's apparel manufacturing facility, the actual areas where your order is cut, sewn, printed, checked, and packed. If you can visit in person, we will arrange a guided walkthrough. If you cannot, we can share facility photos and a virtual walkthrough so you can still see inside the factory.
This is a vertically integrated facility: every core step happens on-site, from automated cutting to RFID-tracked dispatch. That is what separates a factory from a middleman, and it is what keeps quality and timelines under our control. We serve brands and teams across the USA, UK, Europe, Australia, and beyond, with USA as a priority served market rather than a restriction.

Six areas make up the production floor, each feeding the next.
Automated, multi-layer cutting driven by CAD patterns and grading for accurate, repeatable sizing.
130+ industrial sewing machines running construction across garment types.
In-house sublimation, DTF, DTG, vinyl, and embroidery, including custom numbers for sports uniforms.
Multi-stage QC stations checking garments against the approved sample.
Export-ready packing and labelling, with RFID-tracked order status.
MRP scheduling and RFID gates give production visibility across the floor.
See more in our factory photo gallery, and follow how an order moves through these areas in our clothing manufacturing process.

Where accuracy and fabric efficiency start.
The cutting room runs automated, multi-layer cutting from CAD digital patterns with automated grading. Marker planning lays out the pattern to use fabric efficiently and reduce waste. Because every size is cut from the same graded base, fit stays consistent from the smallest to the largest size.
This is also where custom sportswear fabric is handled, from performance polyester and interlock to stretch blends, matched to each product. See digital patterns and fabric and size guides.
The largest area of the factory, and the heart of garment quality.
The sewing floor runs 130+ industrial sewing machines on organised construction lines. Skilled operators build flatlock and bonded seams for comfort and strength, with in-line checks so issues are caught early rather than at the end. This is the capacity that lets the same factory handle a small batch and a large bulk run on the same lines.
Industrial Lines — 130+ machines across construction stages.
Seam Construction — Flatlock and bonded seams for durability.
In-Line Checks — Embedded QC catches issues during sewing.
Scalable Output — Small batch to bulk on the same lines.

Where your brand and your numbers go on, and where quality is verified.
Decoration is done in-house so colour, placement, and durability are controlled. The printing area runs full-dye sublimation, DTF, DTG, vinyl, and embroidery, and applies custom numbers and names for sports uniforms. From here, garments move to multi-stage QC stations where every piece is checked against your approved sample for colour, fit, and stitching before release.

A full-service floor handling sportswear, teamwear, and the wider apparel range.
This is a private label sportswear factory and a full apparel factory in one. The same floor produces custom logo athletic uniforms, sublimated kits, activewear, hoodies, and accessories, all under your own brand.

A tour covers the full production floor: the cutting room with CAD-driven cutting, the sewing lines, the printing and decoration area, the QC stations, and the packing and dispatch area, plus the MRP and RFID systems that track each order.
The facility runs industrial sewing lines and automated cutting with a daily output of around 2,500 pieces, scalable toward 15,000, so the same factory handles small batch and bulk. Verify current figures before publishing.
