Construction, Squat-Proof & Opacity
Leggings fail at the seams and the opacity. We build to avoid both.
We use flatlock stitching so seams lie flat against the skin and resist splitting under stretch. A gusset at the crotch adds movement room and reduces seam stress.
For opacity, we select high-GSM performance fabric and run a squat-proof opacity check during QC. That keeps leggings non-see-through when stretched, which is the most common return reason.
