Custom baseball bags are specified around load, not appearance. Tell GenXport what goes inside and the compartment plan follows from that.
Decide the format first. A backpack suits individual players carrying a bat, helmet, glove and shoes, while a duffle or wheeled bag suits team gear and longer travel. Bat sleeves, helmet pockets and vented shoe compartments are each specified separately, because every added compartment changes the pattern and the panel count.
Then confirm the body fabric, the carry system and the decoration method. Heavier polyester or nylon bodies, reinforced base panels, zipper grade and strap construction are all order decisions. A higher fabric denier on its own does not guarantee a stronger bag, so stitching, bar tacks and hardware are reviewed on the sample rather than assumed from a fabric number.

Decoration
Branding methods for bulk bag orders
Bag panels take decoration differently from knit garments. Pick the method against the panel fabric and the artwork detail, and confirm it on the sample.
Screen printing
Suits flat, solid color logos on smooth polyester or nylon panels. Confirm ink adhesion on the exact body fabric before bulk is released.
Printed panel graphics
Use for full panel artwork, gradients and photographic detail. The panel is printed before assembly, so artwork has to be final at sample stage.
