Batting glove production for teams and brands
GenXport supplies custom batting gloves to team dealers, clubs and sportswear brands, built to a specified palm material, cuff closure and hand size run. Send the hand size breakdown and backhand artwork to open a bulk quote at 50 pieces.
Send quantity per color, the hand size breakdown, backhand artwork, color references, palm material preference, label and packing requirements, and the destination market.
Bulk orders start at 50 pieces per style. Sample orders are 2–5 pieces so fit and palm feel can be checked first.
A batting glove is a sized, hand fitted product. GenXport takes these on as specification led sourcing and production, so palm material, cuff and hand size run belong in the first brief.
Palm choice drives the rest of the spec. Sheepskin and other leather palms are chosen for grip and a close feel, while synthetic palms are chosen for consistency across a large run and easier color matching. Tell us which direction you want and we come back with the palm options we can source for your quantity.
Cuff and backhand come next. A short cuff with a hook and loop closure fits most team programs, while a longer cuff is specified for players who want wrist support. The backhand is usually a stretch knit or perforated panel, and it carries most of the branding, so the artwork area has to be confirmed against the panel size.
Be clear on scope. These are batting gloves, not fielding gloves or protective equipment, and no protective performance claim is made. Construction and component sourcing are agreed during specification review, and the approved sample is the reference for the bulk run.

Glove panels are small and partly stretch, so each placement has a practical artwork limit. Confirm the method and the size on the sample.

Six stages take a batting glove order from the first brief to a packed bulk run.
We confirm the product is a batting glove, the intended user group and the palm direction before anything is costed.
Hand sizes are graded across the run. Your size breakdown per color decides what gets cut and sewn.
Send references for palm, backhand and trim. Synthetic palms hold a closer color match across repeat orders than leather.
Seam placement, finger gusset shape, closure strength and palm overlay are reviewed on the fit sample.
Custom labels, hang tags, paired polybagging and carton marking are produced to your own artwork.
Approved sample, artwork files, size breakdown and packing notes form the brief bulk production runs against.
