Embroidered team crest
Choose for the chest or sleeve on a woven shell. Backing is needed so the stitch does not pull the lining, and that is checked on the sample.

Team outer layer manufacturing
GenXport manufactures custom baseball dugout jackets for clubs, schools, team dealers and sportswear brands, built around a specified shell, lining and closure. Send the layering allowance, size breakdown and artwork to open a bulk quote at 50 pieces.
Send quantity per style, the size breakdown, artwork files, color references, shell and lining preference, label and packing requirements, and the destination market.
Bulk orders start at 50 pieces per style. Sample orders are 2–5 pieces so the layering fit can be checked first.
A dugout jacket is sized for layering, so the brief starts with what the player wears beneath it. GenXport takes that allowance into the pattern rather than grading a jacket like a jersey.
Set the shell and lining together. A polyester or nylon shell handles wind and light moisture, while a brushed or fleece lining adds warmth for early season games. A quilted or bonded lining is a heavier option and changes the sleeve volume, so the lining choice has to be fixed before pattern making starts.
Then decide the closure, the cuffs and the decoration. Full zip, half zip and pullover constructions each need different artwork areas, since a front zipper splits a chest logo. Large back lettering, embroidered crests and printed names all have a practical size limit on a lined shell, so the placement and height are confirmed on the fit sample. No waterproof or weather rating is claimed for the jacket, and water resistance is treated as a fabric preference agreed during specification review.

A lined jacket takes decoration differently from a single layer knit. Pick the method against the shell fabric, then approve the size on the sample.

A baseball dugout jacket is a fuller outer layer specified for time spent off the field, so it is graded with layering room. A cage jacket is cut closer for throwing and warm up movement. Tell us which use case you want and the block changes accordingly.
