Team and private label jersey production
GenXport manufactures custom baseball jerseys for leagues, clubs, team dealers and sportswear brands, built to a specified front opening, sleeve block and numbering plan. Send the roster size breakdown and artwork to open a bulk quote at 50 pieces.
Send quantity per color, the roster size breakdown, artwork files, color references, fabric preference, name and number list, label and packing needs, and the destination market.
Bulk orders start at 50 pieces per style. Sample orders are 2–5 pieces before bulk is released.
Construction comes before graphics on a jersey brief. GenXport produces full button, two button and pullover versions, and each one changes where a wordmark can sit.
A full button placket splits the chest, so a wordmark either breaks across the placket or moves off center. A two button or henley front keeps more of the chest intact. A pullover front leaves the panel clear, which suits large sublimated artwork. Pick the construction first, then build the lettering layout around it rather than the other way round.
Fabric and decoration are the next pair of decisions. Polyester mesh moves air and suits sublimation, interlock gives a smoother face for printed detail, and a stretch sports knit changes how the sleeve sits. After that, send the name and number list against each size so every piece carries the right player details, and state whether you want blank jerseys for your own print or embroidery operation instead.

The decoration method has to suit both the knit and the detail in your artwork. Confirm the choice on the sample before bulk is released.

Send your artwork and roster. We confirm fabric, branding, MOQ, lead time, and a clear price.
Full button suits a traditional uniform, two button keeps more of the chest panel clear, and pullover gives the largest uninterrupted artwork area. Pick the construction before the lettering layout is drawn.
