Pant sourcing
Lock the leg block before the trim layout
Baseball pants carry the uniform from waist to cleat, and the three common blocks need different measurements. GenXport patterns to the block you choose, then applies the trim.
Open bottom, tapered and knicker blocks each have their own leg opening, inseam logic and finish. Knicker pants stop below the knee and need a cuff or elastic closure plus a sock decision. Open bottom pants are measured to the cleat. Tapered pants sit between the two. Decide this first, because the inseam list you collect depends on the block.
Then confirm fabric, trim and reinforcement. Polyester double knit and interlock hold shape through a season, while a polyester and elastane blend gives more movement. White pants need an opaque construction, so coverage is reviewed on the sample rather than assumed. Piping, braid and side stripe layouts are drawn to the trim artwork you send, and reinforced knees or seat panels are only added when they are specified.

Decoration
Trim and branding on uniform pants
A pant carries less artwork than a jersey, so placement matters more than area. Each option below is confirmed on the fit sample.
Printed stripes or patterns
Choose when the stripe is part of a sublimated uniform. The fabric is printed before cutting, so the stripe path has to be final at sample stage.
Piping or braid layout
Sewn trim gives a sharper line than print and matches a traditional uniform. Send the color reference and the exact side seam path.
