Club crest
The standard left chest placement. Embroidery suits pique and interlock, and a backing is used so the knit does not pucker under the stitch.

Club and coaching staff knitwear production
GenXport manufactures baseball polo shirts for clubs, academies, team dealers and school programs, built on a staff fit block with a specified collar, placket and knit. Send the staff size breakdown and crest artwork to open a bulk quote at 50 pieces.
Send quantity per color, the size breakdown including women's sizing, crest and sponsor artwork, color references, fabric preference, label and packing needs, and the destination market.
Bulk orders start at 50 pieces per style. Sample orders are 2–5 pieces before bulk is released.
Club polos get worn for practice, travel, registration days and club events, so the brief is built on a staff block rather than a player block. GenXport patterns and grades it separately.
Start with the knit and the collar. Pique gives a textured face that holds embroidery well, interlock gives a smoother surface for printed detail, and a cotton containing blend feels softer but shifts more in the wash. The collar can be a knitted rib, a self fabric collar or a woven stand, and each one changes how the garment sits after repeated use.
Then plan the branding and the sizing. The club crest usually goes on the left chest, sponsor artwork on the sleeve or back yoke, and coach names or roles are applied per piece. Send the staff list with the size each name belongs to, and list women's quantities separately so that block is graded on its own rather than scaled from the men's pattern. No UV or sun protection rating is claimed for a performance polo, and any such finish is treated as a fabric preference discussed at specification review.

A baseball polo shirt is cut on a staff block for off field use, with a collar, placket and a tidier fit. A jersey is graded for play and carries numbering. The two are patterned and quoted separately.
