Jacket crest and back wording
The main placements. Embroidery suits woven shells, print suits tricot. A front zipper splits chest artwork, so the crest usually moves off center.

Warm up set manufacturing for baseball programs
GenXport manufactures custom warm up suits for baseball clubs, academies, team dealers and sportswear brands, with the jacket and pant specified on one brief. Send both size breakdowns and your artwork to open a bulk quote at 50 pieces.
Send quantity per color, a separate size breakdown for jacket and pant, artwork files, color references, fabric preference, label and packing needs, and the destination market.
Bulk orders start at 50 pieces per style. Sample orders are 2–5 pieces before bulk is released.
A warm up set is two garments produced together, and each one carries its own pattern, size breakdown and decoration. GenXport quotes them as a set or as separate lines.
Start with the fabric family, because it governs both pieces. A polyester knit or tricot is light and takes printed artwork cleanly, a woven shell handles wind and travel better, and a fleece backed material adds warmth for early season use. Keeping one fabric across jacket and pant is what makes the set read as a pair, so fix the fabric before the pattern work begins.
Then plan sizing and features separately for each piece. Players rarely take the same size top and bottom, so send two size breakdowns and expect mixed set packing. Ankle zips, pant leg taper, pocket type, collar height and jacket closure are each specified on request. No waterproof or insulation rating is claimed for the set, and any such finish is treated as a fabric preference raised during specification review.

A warm up set gives more panel area than a jersey, so placement planning matters. Each method is confirmed on the fit samples.

Send your artwork and roster. We confirm fabric, branding, MOQ, lead time, and a clear price.
Yes, if the fabric is chosen for that. A woven shell handles travel and wind better, while a light tricot suits on field warm ups. Tell us the main use and we specify against it.
