What we manufacture
Bag production starts with the contents list
GenXport produces custom basketball bags on a private label and OEM basis. The buyer sets the format and the contents, and the pattern follows from there.
Decide the format first. A backpack, a duffel and a drawstring bag use different patterns, strap builds and opening methods. State the finished length, width and depth you want, and name the ball size, footwear and apparel that have to fit inside, because those measurements set the minimum compartment size.
Next, specify the material by panel. Shell, base, lining and mesh are separate line items in the brief, and each one carries its own decoration options. Embroidery suits a compact crest on a woven panel, while a sublimated graphic needs a compatible polyester face, so the material choice and the decoration method are agreed together.
Finally, settle the identification and packing. Player names or numbers are applied from one checked roster, and brand ready packaging covers custom labels, hang tags and polybagging. Approve the loaded sample before the bulk run, and reorders are produced against that approved sample so color and build stay consistent.

Decoration options for bag panels
Decoration is applied in house. The shell material and the panel layout decide which method is used, so send the artwork with the fabric choice.
Sublimation printing on polyester panels
Choose it for full panel graphics and color blocking. Check how the artwork meets seams and zippers, and supply vector files for the strike off.
DTF or vinyl heat press for names and numbers
Choose it for player identification applied from a roster. Check character height against the usable panel area before the roster is approved.
