Embroidery on polos and jackets
Choose it for the club crest on a knit polo or a jacket chest. Embroidery digitizing is prepared from your vector file, and stitch density is checked on the fabric first.

Staff teamwear manufacturing
GenXport manufactures basketball coach apparel for clubs, school programs, team dealers and teamwear brands. Send the garment list, size breakdown per item and artwork to open a quote.

Basketball coach apparel covers polos, jackets, tracksuits and pants for courtside, training and travel use. GenXport quotes and produces each garment as its own line.
Start with the garment list. Decide which items each staff group receives, then give a size breakdown for every garment, because a size label does not transfer between a polo, a jacket and a pair of pants. Each item has its own fit block, its own pattern and its own graded size set, and each one is sampled before the bulk run is released.
Then fix the artwork system once and apply it per garment. The club mark, sponsor marks and role lettering keep the same hierarchy, while placement and decoration method follow the fabric of each piece. Embroidery suits a pique polo, sublimation printing suits a polyester jacket panel, and names are applied from one checked staff list. Private label, custom labels and polybagging are specified with the order.
Decoration is produced in house. One artwork set is applied across the order, with the method chosen to suit each fabric.
A clear, documented path from inquiry to delivery keeps bulk consistent.
Launch your product without a large first run, then scale production as demand grows. We quote against your fabric, fit, decoration, and quantity.
Run sizes are illustrative brackets — we confirm your exact minimum on quote.
A typical first run starts around 50 pieces per design, and pricing gets more efficient with volume. We confirm your exact minimum and production window on quote.
Every line here is produced to your specification. Put them in the same production brief, or request a separate quote for each one.

Knitted in pique or interlock, with collar spec and embroidered crest on the chest.

Share the garment list with quantities, a size breakdown per item and your artwork. Add label and packing requirements so each line is quoted as a finished, packed garment.
Each step below closes one decision for every garment in the order, so nothing is assumed from one item to another.
Name each garment, its quantity and whether it is for courtside, training or travel. Product development works from that list.
