Sublimation printing on polyester elastane
Choose it for panel graphics and full leg patterns. Artwork is mapped to the pattern pieces, so seam alignment is checked on the strike off.

Base layer manufacturing
GenXport manufactures custom compression tights for basketball programs, team dealers and activewear brands. Send the leg length, fit measurements, stretch fabric choice and artwork to open a quote.
Send the quantity, leg length, garment measurements, size breakdown, artwork files, color references, fabric preference, label and packing needs, and the destination.
MOQ starts at 50 pieces. Sample orders are 2–5 pieces.
GenXport produces custom compression tights as a fitted base layer worn under basketball shorts. The pattern follows measured dimensions, not a size label.
Set the leg length first, then the body measurements. Full length and three quarter briefs use different patterns, so mark the hem position you want. Send waist, hip, rise, thigh and leg measurements with the size breakdown, and a fit sample is cut before automated grading produces the rest of the size set.
Choose the stretch fabric next. A polyester elastane knit takes sublimation printing well, while a nylon elastane knit gives a different hand and recovery. Fabric sourcing follows your brief, and the chosen knit decides which decoration method is used. Graphics are mapped around leg seams and shaping panels, then checked on the sample while the garment is worn.
Scope stays explicit. This is a fitted base layer and no measured pressure level, medical benefit or protective performance is claimed. Padding, grip bands and ventilation panels are separate development items that have to be named in the brief, specified by position and approved on their own sample before bulk.

Decoration is applied in house and has to hold on a knit that stretches in wear. Send the artwork with the fabric choice so the method is confirmed before cutting.

See the full rangeShare the leg length, garment measurements, size breakdown, fabric preference and artwork. List any padding or panel request separately so the quote covers the right construction.
Each step settles one part of the specification, so the approved sample and the bulk run share the same measurements.
State that the item is a fitted base layer, name the leg length and list any added component separately from the base garment.
A CAD pattern is cut from your measurements. Once the fit sample is approved, automated grading produces the full graded size set.
Send color references with the artwork. Color matching is confirmed on a strike off, because a stretch knit reads differently from a woven swatch.
Review crotch, inner leg and waistband construction on the worn sample. Check opacity and recovery after movement before approval.
Custom labels, size identification and care content are produced to your artwork, with placement chosen to suit a garment worn against the body.
The approved sample, graded size set, quantities, packing method and destination form one record used for the run and for reorders.
