A sewn loop is one fixed circumference with stretch allowance. A tie back adjusts through its tails and needs a stated tie length. Name the format in the brief, since each one uses a different pattern.

Give the finished width and the relaxed circumference rather than a size name. If youth and adult bands are both needed, list each as its own line with its own quantity and dimensions.

The usable width is narrow, so fine lines and small text often need a simplified version of the mark. Supply vector artwork and we return the proposed scale for approval before sampling.

Cotton terry gives an absorbent looped face, a stretch jersey knit gives a slimmer band, and a polyester stretch knit is used for sublimated designs. The decoration method and the fabric are agreed together.

Check fit on the intended wearers, the seam and the surface behind the decoration, edge finishing, and logo clarity while the band is stretched. Record every change before you approve the sample for bulk.
