Choose it for integrated color blocking, side panels and full body patterns. Artwork is mapped to pattern pieces, so seam alignment is approved on a strike off.

Game jersey manufacturing
GenXport manufactures custom basketball jerseys for clubs, schools, team dealers, uniform suppliers and sportswear brands. Send the fit block, fabric choice, roster and artwork to open a quote.
Send the quantity, size breakdown, garment measurements, roster, artwork files, color references, fabric preference, label and packing needs, and the destination.
GenXport produces custom basketball jerseys on a private label and OEM basis. Two decisions set the price and the pattern: the fit block and the fabric.
Name the fit block first. A game cut, a practice cut and a reversible build each use a different pattern, and each one needs neckline, armhole, chest and body length stated as measurements rather than as a size name. A fit sample is cut from that pattern, and automated grading produces the graded size set once the sample is approved.
Then settle fabric and decoration together. Polyester mesh, polyester interlock and stretch blend knits behave differently under sublimation printing, so send the fabric preference with vector artwork and the color references. Player names and numbers are applied from one checked roster. Private label work covers custom labels, size identification, hang tags and polybagging for team or retail handover.
Decoration is produced in house. The jersey fabric and the artwork type decide the method, so send both with the roster.
A clear, documented path from inquiry to delivery keeps bulk consistent.
Launch your product without a large first run, then scale production as demand grows. We quote against your fabric, fit, decoration, and quantity.
Run sizes are illustrative brackets — we confirm your exact minimum on quote.
A typical first run starts around 50 pieces per design, and pricing gets more efficient with volume. We confirm your exact minimum and production window on quote.
These lines are produced to your brief. Put them in the same production brief as the jerseys, or ask for separate quotes.

Quoted with its own pattern and fabric, matched to the jersey color references.

Share the fit block, fabric preference, size breakdown, roster and artwork. Add label and packing requirements so the quote covers production through to handover.
Fit approval and roster approval are separate sign offs. Both close before the bulk run is released.
State game, practice or reversible construction and the intended wearer groups. Product development works from that scope.
