Shooting sleeve manufacturing
GenXport manufactures custom basketball sleeves, also specified as shooting sleeves, for teams, team dealers and activewear brands. Send the arm measurements, finished length, knit choice and artwork to open a quote.
Send the quantity, upper arm and forearm measurements, finished length, size breakdown, artwork files, color references, fabric preference, label and packing needs, and the destination.
GenXport produces custom basketball sleeves as fitted arm garments in stretch knit. The pattern is cut from measured dimensions and the unit basis is agreed up front.
Give the measuring points, not a size name. Upper arm circumference, forearm circumference and the finished length from the intended upper edge are what the pattern needs, and length is graded separately from circumference. One fit sample is approved on representative arms, then automated grading produces the graded size set across your breakdown.
State the unit basis and the scope in the same brief. A sleeve order is counted in singles, pairs or sets, and the quotation, labels and packing follow whichever unit you name. Artwork is mapped to a curved panel and checked while the elbow is bent. No shooting accuracy benefit, measured pressure level, injury prevention benefit or protective performance is claimed, and padding or grip bands are separate development items.
Decoration is produced in house. The sleeve is a small curved surface that stretches in wear, so the method follows the knit.
A clear, documented path from inquiry to delivery keeps bulk consistent.
Launch your product without a large first run, then scale production as demand grows. We quote against your fabric, fit, decoration, and quantity.
Run sizes are illustrative brackets — we confirm your exact minimum on quote.
A typical first run starts around 50 pieces per design, and pricing gets more efficient with volume. We confirm your exact minimum and production window on quote.
Each line below is produced to your specification. Include it in this brief, or ask for a separate quote.

Cut in polyester mesh or interlock, with your roster applied name by name.

Share the arm measurements, finished length, fabric preference, artwork and quantity. State singles, pairs or sets so the quote and the packing match your purchase unit.
Each step settles one decision, so the approved sample, the graded sizes and the packing unit all agree.
State full arm or short coverage, where the upper and lower edges sit, and list any added component separately.

Color matching is confirmed on a strike off. A stretch knit reads differently from a flat swatch, so approve the physical reference.
Review the seam, the upper and lower edge construction and whether the sleeve holds position after movement on the sample.
Custom labels, size identification and polybagging follow the stated unit, so a pair or a set is packed and marked as one item.
