What we manufacture
Pattern decisions come before the graphics
GenXport produces custom basketball shorts on a private label and OEM basis. The brief needs measurements, a fabric family and a decoration method.
Give the pattern figures first. Inseam, overall length, rise and leg opening define the short far better than a label such as short or long, so state each one as a measurement. A fit sample is cut from the CAD pattern, and automated grading produces the graded size set once that sample is approved across the wearer groups in your breakdown.
Name the construction options next. Game and practice shorts can differ in fabric, waistband build and finishing, and pockets, a drawcord, an elastic waistband and a reversible build are each a stated line in the brief. Anything that is not written down is not produced, so list the options you want priced.
Then settle decoration and handover. Sublimation printing carries side panels and color blocking on polyester, while applied numbers and embroidered crests suit other layouts. Color references are matched on a strike off so shorts and jerseys agree. Custom labels, hang tags and polybagging close the brief for team or retail handover.

Choose it for a small defined mark. Check stitch bulk on a lightweight knit and review the backing on the fit sample.
