Specifying the trouser
The match trouser, not the training pant
Cricket trousers are the on field garment, built on a match fit block. They are a different order from a training pant or a tracksuit bottom, so keep the brief separate even when all three go into one shipment.
Batting, bowling and fielding place different demands on the same garment, and the waist measurement alone does not cover them. Confirm the rise, the thigh and the knee allowance on a base size, then check the trouser in a crouch and a stride on the sample. A slimmer silhouette is available, but the movement allowance still has to be built into the pattern rather than removed from it.
Color is the second decision. White, cream and team colors each need their own approved reference, because no two white fabrics read the same way side by side. On pale fabrics, review coverage and pocket visibility on the sample, and match the trouser shade against the selected shirt before bulk is released.

Decoration options
Keeping leg branding practical
Decoration is applied in house. A match trouser carries fewer marks than a shirt, so confirm each placement against the pattern.
Sublimated color panels
Choose for team color trousers with panel blocking. Requires a polyester base fabric, so confirm the fabric before artwork.
Printed names or numbers
Choose heat press for player identification on the leg. On pale fabrics, check that the mark does not read through the panel.
