Brand mark placement
Define where your mark sits and how it is applied. The method is confirmed against the material during technical review.

Saddle sourcing and production briefs
A custom saddle is handled for tack brands, retailers, importers and distributors as a specification led sourcing and production item. State the discipline, construction, finish and brand details, with orders from 50 pieces.
Send quantity, the seat size breakdown, artwork files, color references, leather or synthetic preference, label and packing requirements, and the destination market.
Saddles sit outside sewn apparel, so they are quoted from a written product specification rather than a picture. Appearance alone does not describe the product being ordered.
English and Western saddle briefs are accepted, including barrel racing and trail riding references, under private label and OEM arrangements. Tack brands, retailers and distributors should name the intended discipline and the construction they want before finish and branding are discussed. GenXport reviews the brief and quotes against what it states.
Seat size, panel detail and the horse facing surfaces are separate items and should not be collapsed into one general size label. Suitability for a given horse or rider is decided by a qualified saddle fitter, not by this specification, so pass the fitter's requirements through for technical review. No safety or suitability claim is made here.
Branding and retail presentation are agreed in the brief, with artwork and placement confirmed before sampling.
A clear, documented path from inquiry to delivery keeps bulk consistent.
Launch your product without a large first run, then scale production as demand grows. We quote against your fabric, fit, decoration, and quantity.
Run sizes are illustrative brackets — we confirm your exact minimum on quote.
A typical first run starts around 50 pieces per design, and pricing gets more efficient with volume. We confirm your exact minimum and production window on quote.
These lines are produced to your own specification. Combine them with the saddle brief or ask for separate quotes.

Shell fabric and compartment layout defined first, with a stable logo panel placed to artwork.

Include the discipline, reference product, seat size breakdown, surface material and brand marking. GenXport reviews it and replies with a quote and sampling plan.
Six stages cover scope, sizing, color, construction review, brand marking and the production handover.
State the discipline, the reference product and how many versions the order covers before any finish is discussed.
