Specify the judogi jacket and trousers as two builds
A custom judo gi order is a sourcing decision about weave, jacket structure and size run. Settle those points before artwork, because they set the pattern and the sample.
Start with the jacket. Weave family, lapel thickness, skirt length and sleeve shape all change the pattern, and GenXport builds the CAD pattern from the reference you approve. A heavier cloth is not evidence that a uniform suits a particular grade or event.
Trousers carry their own brief. State the waist fastening, rise, leg proportion and knee reinforcement, then review jacket and trousers together on one fit sample. Junior and adult blocks are graded separately, so supply measurements for each group you order.
Decoration, labeling and packing close the specification. Club embroidery, name sets, woven labels, hang tags and polybagging are all agreed at this stage. If the order serves a competition, state the governing requirement so it can be reviewed against the finished uniform, since GenXport makes no claim of federation approval.
