Sewn patch panels
Choose for academy and sponsor patches on sleeves, back and legs. Supply patch artwork at final size with a placement reference, and keep positions clear of stress seams.

Academy gi and private label production
GenXport manufactures the custom BJJ gi for academies, academy chains, team dealers and fightwear brands. Bulk runs start at 50 pieces, and a reference gi with your size breakdown opens the brief.
Send order quantity, size breakdown, a reference gi, color references, fabric preference, patch artwork with placements, label and packing needs, and the destination.
MOQ starts at 50 pieces, and sample orders run 2–5 pieces.
A custom BJJ gi brief is really three specifications that have to agree with each other. Settling them first keeps the sample round short.
The jacket sets the pattern. Collar filling, lapel width, sleeve length and skirt shape all change the block, and seam reinforcement at the shoulders and side vents is specified with them. Share a reference gi so GenXport can measure it rather than interpret a photograph.
Trousers are quoted on their own cloth and construction. Twill and ripstop behave differently at the knee and the waist, so name the cloth, the rise, the leg taper and the fastening you want. Patch panels on the legs are positioned on the pattern, not added afterward.
Decoration, sizing and private label come last. Academy patches, woven labels and hang tags are confirmed before the pre production sample. If the order serves competition, state the governing requirement in the specification so it can be reviewed, because GenXport claims no federation approval.
Every placement is marked on the pattern before cutting. Method choice depends on the cloth and on where the patch sits.
A clear, documented path from inquiry to delivery keeps bulk consistent.

Run sizes are illustrative brackets — we confirm your exact minimum on quote.
A typical first run starts around 50 pieces per design, and pricing gets more efficient with volume. We confirm your exact minimum and production window on quote.
All of these are produced to your own specification. Place them in the same production brief or request a separate quotation.

Produced on a judo block with single or double weave jacket cloth and reinforced lapel.

Include quantity, size breakdown, a reference gi, color references and patch artwork. Add label, packing and destination details so nothing is left open in the quotation.
Each step below removes a decision from the sample round, so approvals stay factual.
Say which disciplines and grades the order covers, and whether trousers, belts or no gi pieces ship with it. Scope sets the pattern work and the quotation.
