Order belts by rank variation, not by one size
An order for custom martial arts belts is really a list of variations. Each rank color, stripe arrangement and length is its own line on the specification and the packing list.
Rank sequences are set by the school, not by a universal chart. Write out every color, stripe bar and rank marking you use, and give each variation a reference code. Those codes then carry through the quotation, the sample approval and the packing list.
Construction sits apart from color. Width, length, stitch row count and core layers decide how a belt ties and how firmly it holds a knot. Supply an existing belt if your members already use a consistent build, and GenXport will measure it rather than guess from a photograph.
Embroidery needs final text, not a translation request. Send the exact characters, orientation and placement for each end, along with thread color references. Woven labels, hang tags and polybagging by variation are confirmed before bulk is released.
