The contents list drives the whole specification
A bag is quoted from what it has to carry. Dimensions, compartments, shell material and hardware all follow the contents list, so that list is the first thing to send.
Decide whether the order is a player bag or a shared team equipment carrier, because the two use different layouts and quantities. Give the measurements of the bulky items, such as boots and a ball, and name the carrying format: backpack, duffel or drawstring. Separate compartments, internal dividers and openings are listed individually in the brief.
Material is specified by part rather than by one grade. Shell, base, lining, mesh pocket and trim are each named during specification review, together with any coated base requirement. GenXport samples the layout with representative contents inside, so usable space and access are checked on the finished bag rather than on a drawing.
Decoration is planned around a panel that stays visible when the bag is loaded. Send vector artwork with finished dimensions for the crest and for any player identification, and keep marks clear of zips and seams. Label artwork, hang tags and polybagging instructions are recorded in the same file.

DTF printing
Best for detailed crests and player names on a coated or woven shell. Supply vector files with finished dimensions for each placement.
Sublimation printing
Best for full panel color on compatible polyester shells. Send the artwork split by panel so the design still aligns across the seams.
