A coaching set is several products sharing one identity, and each product carries its own fit block, fabric and decoration method. The brief lists them separately so nothing is assumed at sampling.
Write out the garment list first: polo, training top, pant, mid layer, outer layer. Give the quantity and size breakdown per item, and name the fit blocks you need, since a single unisex block rarely covers a full staff group. GenXport grades each garment from its own approved fit sample, so the men's and women's runs stay consistent.
Decoration carries a hierarchy on staff apparel. An embroidered crest, a sponsor mark and printed role text all need their own finished dimensions and placements, recorded per garment rather than once for the set. Send one palette of color references with the brief, because the same color reads differently on pique, interlock and fleece surfaces.
