A commercial-scale DTF printing service for clothing brands, merch sellers, and teams worldwide.
GenXport provides DTF printing services and bulk DTF transfers for brands, private labels, streetwear and merch sellers, and teamwear programs. We run commercial DTF on two industrial-grade machines, which gives us the volume and consistency to handle anything from a small drop to a wholesale order.
Because DTF is run in-house alongside our apparel production, you can have garments produced and decorated by one accountable supplier, or send your blanks for printing. We serve clients across the USA, UK, Europe, Australia, and beyond.

A quick, plain-English explainer for buyers choosing a decoration method.
DTF, or direct-to-film, prints your full-colour design onto a PET film. Adhesive powder is applied and cured to the print, then the film is heat-pressed onto the garment and peeled. The result is a bold, high-detail transfer that bonds to the fabric and flexes with it.
DTF is prized for two things: it prints vivid full-colour and gradients with no colour limits, and it works on almost any fabric, including cotton, blends, and dark garments where other methods struggle.
Printed garments or ready-to-press transfers - here is what buyers order most.

We print and press your design onto finished garments, ready to sell.
DTF is the most fabric-flexible method we run. Here is where it fits best.
Full-colour, high-detail prints with a durable wash
Reliable adhesion where sublimation will not work
Opaque white base lets colour pop on black and navy
Stretches with the garment without cracking
Detailed logos on mixed materials
For all-over prints on polyester, use sublimation instead; for soft cotton short runs, see DTG printing.
A clear, documented flow from your artwork to pressed garments or ready-to-press transfers.
We prepare and size your design, and confirm placement and colours.
We print full-colour onto PET film with a white underbase.
We apply adhesive powder and cure the transfer for wash durability.
We heat-press onto your garments, or supply ready-to-press transfers.
We check colour, adhesion, and finish against the approved sample.
We pack and export your printed apparel or transfers.

The two things merch and team buyers ask about: wash durability and reorder colour.
A correctly cured DTF transfer is wash-durable and stretches with the garment, so it will not crack or fade when laundered to care instructions. That answers the most common complaint buyers have about cheaper transfers cracking after a few washes.
On colour, we lock the profile and curing so a reorder matches your first run. That consistency across drops is what keeps a merch or teamwear program looking the same season to season.
A quick comparison so you order the right method for your garment, design, and volume.
