Sublimation bonds into polyester, so we build sublimation hoodies in polyester fleece, usually 280 to 360 GSM. That gives all-over print on a warm fleece hand-feel. We confirm the GSM on your sample.

Cut and sew prints flat panels first, then sews them, so graphics run edge to edge with no break at seams. Blank-print decorates a finished blank, which limits print area. For full all-over hoodies we recommend cut and sew.
